Winter/Spring Sports Registration (Volleyball and Track)

1. Go to the following website:

http://www.familyid.com/badger-middle-school-west-bend

2. Click on Programs (Green Button on the right hand side) or Scroll to the bottom of the picture and click on 2024 Winter/Spring Sports Athletic Registration.

3. Click on the green “Register Now”

4. Click on “Create Account” and begin creating an account for your son/daughter.

5. After you complete your registration you will receive confirmation that the process has been completed. They will not be approved until payment. All information (including Physical Form Upload) will need to be complete prior to the start of the season. Any athlete who is not Approved for participation will not be able to participate until all forms are complete. 

Be sure to stop by room 212 to drop off payment (if not done online)

NOTE: Physicals will need to be uploaded onto this account (See Cheat Sheet to locate the physical upload tab).  If you have the current physical (dated after 6/1/2022) will need to be uploaded onto the account. The website will let you know how to complete that step. IF you have a previous account, you will just need to log in and sign up for Volleyball.
