e-Funds for Schools is the online payment service used by West Bend School District to allow families to pay for instructional and other fees online. Many families use it for lunch account payments. Payment options include one-time automatic payments or setting up recurring payments. There is a service fee for the use of e-Funds. Payments are available for use immediately. There is a $200 daily limit on credit card payments through e~Funds.
If you have never used e-Funds before, you must create a new account and add each of your students before you will be able to make a payment online. Note: Your family number is your primary 10-digit phone number. Key it in with no dashes or spaces.
