The results from the STAR test completed by students in kindergarten through 10th grade are now available on Skyward Family Access.

Students are screened three times per school year (fall, winter, and spring) using the computer-adaptive STAR Assessments. These assessments provide valuable information that helps to guide classroom instruction. The results of the tests help teachers to pinpoint areas of strength and target areas where students may need additional support.

The assessments given at each grade level include:

Gr KG & 1: STAR Early Literacy
Gr 1-10: STAR Math
(10th graders in advanced algebra or higher and who have demonstrated proficiency on last year’s spring assessments are exempt)
Gr 2-10: STAR Reading
Gr 11 & 12: STAR Math and Reading as needed
